At Alma et Moi we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

To start a return, contact us at info@almaetmoi.es indicating your order number and the reason for the return.

The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Once we receive and verify the item, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
